Just started to ask around about how to start walking as i am a complete novice at trail walking, I have bought some walking boots just waiting for a reply from the helpers at Traveller's Point to tell me what equipment to take and how to start it properly with the adequate safety bits and that so hopefully I should be walking soon and becoming a bit fitter than I am at the moment, keep checking back for future updates and my first walking trip out in the peaks...
